QA Engineer Lead Remote We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer Lead to lead quality assurance efforts for a large-scale federal healthcare program. This individual will be responsible for overseeing testing strategy, quality processes, test automation initiatives, and overall software quality across multiple applications and platforms. The QA Engineer Lead will provide technical leadership to QA teams, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and ensure that products and releases meet established quality standards, performance requirements, and compliance expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead all quality assurance and testing activities across program initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testing frameworks. Oversee manual, automated, functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing efforts. Establish and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and best practices. Lead and mentor QA engineers, testers, and automation specialists. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define quality requirements. Design and implement automated testing solutions to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Monitor defect management processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
