Analytics Engineer Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to support a large-scale federal healthcare data and technology modernization program. This individual will bridge data engineering and analytics by transforming complex data into reliable, well-structured, analytics-ready datasets that support reporting, business intelligence, operational analysis, and data-driven decision-making. The Analytics Engineer will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, application teams, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data models, transformation pipelines, and analytical solutions within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics data models and transformation pipelines. Transform raw data into trusted, structured, analytics-ready datasets. Develop reusable data models and curated datasets to support reporting, dashboards, analytics, and operational decision-making. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets. Develop automated data transformation and validation processes. Establish data quality checks, testing practices, and monitoring processes. Partner with data engineers to optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.
