Why This Role Exists Sales Operations Support Representative will support the efficiency, scalability, and day-to-day operations of our sales function. This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9 AM - 6 PM UK time (with potential shift to 12 PM - 9 PM UK time in the future to accommodate US-based customers). What You Will Do Conduct daily checks to ensure smooth functioning of core systems (CRM, operational tools, integrations), maintaining high uptime and data integrity Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service. Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments when needed. Conduct sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods. Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches.
