We're growing steadily and are looking for an experienced accounting professional who wants to become a key leader within the firm. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who can own client accounting work end-to-end while helping to build and lead a small accounting team as the firm grows. Initially, you'll spend most of your time managing bookkeeping and tax-related work for clients. Over time, you'll begin supervising junior team members, reviewing work, improving processes, and serving as the operational backbone of our accounting practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on accounting and leadership. What You'll Do Client Accounting Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts Perform monthly reconciliations and close processes Prepare and review financial statements Maintain accurate general ledger records Ensure high-quality client deliverables Tax Support Prepare and review business and individual tax returns Assist with tax planning and compliance Research accounting and tax issues as needed Support clients throughout tax season Team Leadership Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff R
