What we're looking for. 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Commercial Recruitment within the SaaS/Open Source sector. Strong experience recruiting across commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or Product, as well as technical hiring when needed. Experience designing, implementing or continuously improving recruitment processes, frameworks and hiring practices, with a focus on consistency, efficiency and quality of hire. Strong existing network within the software, SaaS or B2B technology sector, with demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates through professional communities, refer
