We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about ensuring every learning experience meets the highest standards of quality before reaching our clients. About the Role As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reviewing learning deliverables throughout the production process. You'll evaluate content for grammar, formatting, functionality, accessibility, audio quality, and adherence to client standards while working closely with Instructional Designers, Developers, Creative teams, and Project Managers. Your attention to detail and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback will help ensure every deliverable meets ELB Learning 's quality standards before client delivery.
