We're scaling fast, with lead volume growing every month. Sales Support Specialist Our closers sit across from small business owners on the hardest financial day of their year. Your job is to make sure every one of those conversations starts prepared, on time, and with trust already built. This is a dedicated sales-support career role. You do not sell or close. You make our closers faster. What You Will Do Respond to new leads fast and earn the consult with tactical empathy. Book, confirm, and recover consults so closer calendars stay full of qualified conversations. Route every borrower to the right calendar. Gather documents and complete the HubSpot record so closers never open a blank file. Keep borrowers moving after the consult with clear, honest next steps. Hand every objection, legal question, or SB
