Work Arrangement: Remote or Hybrid A Day in the Life The Senior Manager for Agile Delivery serves as a senior delivery leader within the Office of Strategy & Technology, managing a team of scrum masters while leading multiple complex Agile and project-based initiatives while establishing consistent delivery standards across teams. This role oversees the day-to-day management for the scrum master team, strengthens Agile and project delivery capability, and partners with senior leaders and stakeholders to align execution with firm strategy, capacity, risk, and value realization. A typical day as Senior Manager, Agile Delivery might include the following: Providing direct leadership for Scrum Masters, including performance management, career development, mentoring, and succession planning. Leading multiple complex Agile and project-based initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with firm strategy, priorities, governance expectations, and execution standards. Establishing and reinforcing Agile, Scrum, and project management standards, templates, governance, and best practices across delivery teams. Setting project delivery direction, quarterly planning priorities, and execution approaches across multiple initiatives and teams.
