Project Development Manager (any location in Poland, remote work) Job Description Our Client, an international renewable energy company, is looking for a Project Development Manager to lead the development of wind, photovoltaic, and energy storage systems (BESS) projects across Poland. This position offers full responsibility for RES projects at all stages of development — from the initial phase to the Ready-To-Build (RTB) stage — in cooperation with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities Managing all development activities for wind, PV, and BESS projects (greenfield, mid-stage, mature) — from early development to the RTB stage — in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external developers. Preparing and managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of individual milestones in cooperation with relevant company departments. Coordinating activities with developers, administrative bodies, institutions, and advisors to obtain all required permits, licenses, and administrative approvals up to the RTB stage. Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks (financial, legal, technical, environmental). Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
