Partner Manager

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong and productive relationship with Flash service partners. This role ensures that partners consistently meet performance expectations through proactive engagement, regular audits, and ongoing compliance. It is a forward-looking, leadership-driven role focused on improvement, operational excellence, and enabling scalable high-quality service delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact between them and internal teams.
