We are edubily – a D2C health brand with a clear mission. For over 12 years, we have been developing and selling high-quality dietary supplements through our own online shop and Amazon. What makes us special: We don't just sell products; we convey well-founded knowledge about nutrition, biochemistry, and health through blogs, books, or social media. This empowers people to make informed decisions and take their health into their own hands. Your contribution: Our Creative Directors set the design direction. Together with our three-person team of experienced designers, you ensure that this translates into compelling results. As a Team Lead, you combine professional and disciplinary leadership with forward-looking project management and hands-on design work. You set clear priorities, provide well-founded design feedback, and ensure reliable workflows. AI is part of your daily routine: you use it for image generation and purposefully drive the further development of our design processes. Your tasks: You lead our three-person design team professionally and disciplinarily, foster individual strengths, and provide clear, constructive feedback that supports design quality and team development. You translate the directives of our Creative Directors into concrete tasks and design guidelines. In doing so, you bring in your own ideas and coordinate feasibility, effort, and capacities accordingly.
