Position Summary The Club Team Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the annual Club Channel business plan across Edgewell's portfolio. This role leads the Club Commercial Team and is accountable for delivering best-in-class customer execution while driving profitable growth through strategic partnerships with Club Accounts. The Club Channel Team Leader provides leadership to Customer Business Managers, Sales Analysts, and cross-functional partners while serving as the primary executive contact for the customer. This customer-facing leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that deliver sales growth, innovation, market share, profitability, omnichannel expansion, and supply chain excellence. The role partners closely with Sales Strategy, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Category Leadership, Shopper Insights, Digital Commerce, and Business Unit leadership to ensure aligned execution and achievement of company objectives.
