EdOps Finance Team Manager- Independent Schools Team EdOps ’ Finance Team Manager position is an ideal role for accounting or finance professionals interested in using their skills to manage a team of finance professionals and directly serve independent school clients in a leadership role within a mission-driven context. The Finance Team Manager position is designed for individuals with significant experience managing professionals. As the manager of a team of finance staff, the Finance Team Manager provides quality control to ensure work best meets the needs of schools. The manager is also responsible for staff support, developing staff technical and soft skill competencies, and guiding staff career paths. Reports to the Director or Senior Finance Team Managers. Location flexible (this is a remote position). Part time arrangements possible for exceptional candidates.
