With strong growth ambitions for 2026 and beyond, the business is focused on expanding its capabilities through innovation and strategic development initiatives We have a new exciting opportunity for a Commercial Leader- EMEA Data Center who will drive commercial strategy, sales interface, and service offering across the region. This role is key to driving growth, particularly in hyperscale Data Centres, by strengthening collaboration across sales, tendering, and execution. What you’ll do: Define and drive the EMEA Project Services commercial strategy and service portfolio, aligned with clusters and divisions Support sales and tendering teams on large bids, ensuring clear technical and operational service solutions Act as BID/deal approver for major projects, ensuring strong value proposition and inclusion of service offerings Own pricing strategy and governance, including pricing guidelines, margins, and commercial performance (P&L alignment) Ensure project selection discipline at early sales stages, safeguarding profitability and risk
