Professional Services Integration Consultant

Description We're hiring a Professional Services Integration Consultant to act as the technical and security expert throughout the implementation and integration cycle. You'll work directly with prospects, customers, and internal teams—professional services, product, engineering, and support—to translate product capabilities into solutions that meet customer needs, while helping drive secure, scalable outcomes. What You'll Do: Customer Engagements: Serve as the technical and security expert for customers, partners, and internal team members. Lead discussions around the technical aspects of the product capabilities, deliver solutions aligned with customer needs, train users in all aspects of the product, and guide customers through successful integrations and go-lives. This includes a willingness to travel to customer and partner engagements, both domestically and internationally. Technical Analysis & Documentation: Evaluate customer architecture, integration plans, IT needs, and business use cases. Provide comprehensive technical documentation, solution designs, process best practices, and technical analysis to support the customer. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product, engineering, R&D, DevOps, professional services, and support teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver optimal solutions to customers.
