Summary of the Position The Energy Manager & Trader is responsible for optimizing the commercial and operational performance of the company’s hydropower portfolio across ISO/RTO and bilateral power markets. This role leads energy management, wholesale market participation, and trading activities to maximize revenue, manage risk, and support long-term portfolio value. The position requires close coordination with plant operations, finance, and senior leadership to align hydrology, dispatch decisions, and market strategies across organized markets and bilateral transactions.
