Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of IT project management experience to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives including AI implementations and software development efforts. This role requires a strong foundation in Agile project management, technical acumen, and the ability to adapt across diverse project types. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Planning Define and maintain project plans including timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports. Drive end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are met. Oversee project risks, dependencies, and change management to ensure successful outcomes. Agile & Team Facilitation Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Support backlog grooming, sprint goal clarity, and velocity tracking in collaboration with Product Managers and Delivery Leads. Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum.
