JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sr. Corporate Compensation Analyst will independently support the design, development, implementation, and administration of Driven Brands' global corporate compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, and the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
