Candidates must have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science (or related field), an exceptional work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to be part of a team disrupting the status quo. What technologies you will be using at Empower C#, ASP.NET Core 8, SQL, Azure, CosmosDB, Redis Vue.js, TypeScript/JavaScript What you will do at Empower 80% - Design, develop, and maintain new features in close collaboration with the Director of Engineering and other engineers 20% - Create reports, analyze data, and suggest improvements for business and technical needs Complete tasks under tight deadlines Lead less experienced developers Help improve the platform in performance, reliability, and maintainability In rare occasions, handle emergency situations during off-hours Required Qualifications 7+ years of develo
