Role Overview: As HR Senior Associate in charge of hiring you will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to identify talent needs, build candidate pipelines, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and ensure we are hiring high-performing individuals who align with Empower ’s mission and culture. This role requires strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining high hiring standards. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by helping to build and scale our team. This role is remote or can be in person (Northern VA).
