AWS Cloud Team Lead | Delivery & Pre-Sales

At Domus Global we are looking for a Cloud Team Lead with solid experience in AWS to lead a technical team that provides cloud services to multiple clients in the region. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, experience leading teams, and a delivery mindset, capable of coordinating simultaneous projects, participating in technical definitions, and supporting the growth of an expanding cloud practice. What will you do? Lead and support a team of cloud professionals. Coordinate AWS projects for different clients simultaneously. Participate in cloud infrastructure migrations, assessments, implementations, and optimizations. Collaborate in technical pre-sales and the drafting of proposals for new projects. Manage priorities, team capacity, and delivery quality. Drive continuous improvement in processes, standards, and best practices. Act as a technical reference for the team and for clients. Requirements ✔ More than 5 years of experience working with cloud infrastructure and services in AWS. ✔ At least 2 years leading technical teams. ✔ Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously. ✔ Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and related services. ✔ Experience leading or participating in AWS migration projects. ✔ AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification (mandatory). ✔ Organized, autonomous, results-oriented, and quality-driven profile.
