Asset Manager

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a nationally recognized private lender serving real estate investors nationwide through Short-Term Bridge Loans and Long-Term Rental Financing. DFS empowers clients to scale their businesses by providing the debt capital to achieve strong real estate project outcomes. We are seeking experienced Asset Managers to take ownership of a portfolio of loans that are not maintaining full compliance with their loan agreements, and to partner with borrowers whose loans have moved off the standard path for a performing loan. This is not a maintenance or customer service role. You will identify loans that are falling out of compliance with their loan agreements, including those drifting from the borrower's business plan, before they default, and develop practical solutions that keep the borrower on track and protect company capital. You will also work directly with borrowers who need a maturity extension, have draw management issues, or require other exceptions to business-as-usual servicing. You will combine underwriting judgment, financial and construction analysis, and sound structuring to reach agreements that work for both the borrower and DFS, and you will feed what you learn back into how DFS originates and services loans.
