This is a remote position. HEAD OF FINANCE (FULLY REMOTE) - CA(SA) / ACMA,CGMA Our client, a leader in their sector, is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager. Working closely with the founders and reporting to the CEO, you will own financial operations, controls, reporting, cash management and payments, while acting as a commercial partner to the senior team. This is a practical, high-impact role where you will set up efficient processes, introduce automation, and provide clear, timely insights to drive decision making. Competitive salary package WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the full finance lifecycle: month-end close, management accounts, forecasts, cashflow and payments. Build and maintain internal control frameworks, approval matrices and finance policies (procurement, spend governance, data protection). Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting, plus variance analysis and rolling forecasts. Create dashboards and models (Syft/Xero/BI tools) to track cash runway, burn rate, margins, customer acquisition cost and other KPIs. Partner with the CEO and business leads on annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, scenario planning and board reporting. Work with Marketing on ROI and acquisition metrics, and support pricing and margin optimisation. Own the payments process (supplier payments, payroll, statutory disbursements), pre
