The ideal candidates will have strong sourcing and screening skills, access to professional networks, and the ability to identify and attract qualified candidates for different positions. This is a fully remote, success-based opportunity where recruiters are compensated for each successful placement, with the potential for ongoing collaboration. Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates based on the job requirements provided by our HR team. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, qualifications, communication skills, and suitability. Present shortlisted candidates who meet the required hiring criteria. Coordinate with the internal HR team throughout the interview and selection process. Ensure candidates are fully informed about job responsibilities, salary expectations, and employment conditions. Maintain regular communication and provide updates on recruitment progress. Manage multiple recruitment assignments while maintaining high candidate quality. Provide one suitable replacement at no additional cost if a placed candidate leaves or is deemed unsuitable within the agreed guarantee period.
