Position Summary: The Analyst I, Business Systems partners with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system and functional requirements. This role analyzes business processes, identifies opportunities for system and process improvements, and develops documentation to support the solution development lifecycle. The Business Systems Analyst supports solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing system enhancements to ensure solutions align with business requirements and operational needs. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements that support strategic and operational objectives. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications,
