The Agile Coach plays a critical role in supporting the organization's Agile transformation by directly coaching teams, mentoring Agile practitioners, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. This role focuses on applying Agile principles at the team and program levels, building Agile capabilities across the organization, and helping teams mature in their Agile practices in alignment with ITS SAFe standards.
