For our core module "Core Tech Basics", we are looking for a Trainer & Subject Matter Expert (m/w/d) on a freelance basis. Core Tech Basics is the common entry point into IT – even for people without prior technical knowledge. You will teach technical fundamentals in an understandable and practical way, guide the first steps in programming, and prepare our participants for advanced tech training courses. Your responsibilities: Conducting online live classes in the Core Tech Basics module from 09:00 to 12:00. Teaching IT fundamentals, Linux, virtualization, version control with Git and GitHub, as well as IT security. Introduction to programming with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, as well as Docker, SQL, AI tools, and automation. Designing practical exercises and understandable learning materials for participants without technical background. Supporting participants by teaching learning techniques, time management, and self-organization, accompanied by a motivating and appreciative learning environment.
