We help people forge new career paths – connecting education, the labor market, and companies. your responsibilities Conducting individual application coaching sessions as well as interactive group workshops on application strategies, document creation, and interview preparation for our participants Accompanying participants throughout the entire application phase – from the initial workshops to successful participation in application processes Advising participants in 1:1 sessions on job searches, interview techniques, career orientation, and strengths analysis Continuously motivating students through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and sharing relevant tips, strategies, and best practices Monitoring current labor market trends and integrating relevant developments into workshops, trainings, and individual advisory offerings your skills Experience in HR, recruiting, or management contexts, as well as knowledge of the digital industry and experience in conducting workshops Prior experience in the field of AZAV and educational providers, along with corresponding certification, is desirable
