We’re looking for a senior-level engineer with a builder’s mindset — someone ready to design cloud-first environments and lead escalations while working directly with clients to create solutions that best fit their needs. This role combines high-level systems engineering with solution architecture. You’ll handle critical escalations, run client assessments, and architect end-to-end solutions — particularly around Azure, networking, server building and advanced troubleshooting. What You’ll Do: Lead technical assessments and translate business needs into secure, scalable infrastructure designs. Design and implement solutions in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune/Endpoint Manager, including Autopilot deployments, compliance/conditional access policies, and application packaging. Advanced networking – redesign and optimize networks (firewalls, switching, routing, VLANs) for performance, security, and cost efficiency. Comfortable using the CLI for common network tasks.
