Specialist, Recruitment and Participant Relations

Your role Recruit participants by offering quality, professional, and empathetic service Make calls and answer calls from potential participants Perform telephone pre-selection of participants and schedule appointments Actively participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies Participate in recruitment activities (fairs, booths, phone calls, inquiries, presentations) Your skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French) Excellent customer relations skills Sense of organization, priority management, and ability to work under pressure Resourcefulness, autonomy, and initiative Ease with working with multiple computer applications and systems Your qualifications Vocational or college diploma; Experience or training in the medical or health field (e.g., medical secretary, licensed practical nurse, nurse, or other relevant experience); Experience in clinical research, an asset; Any other relevant experience will be considered Your working conditions Stimulating working environment in a supportive and collaborative climate Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday
