Creative SMM Specialist

DG Cinema is a film production and media company that creates and promotes its own films and series and develops its own media platform. We are currently looking for a Creative SMM Specialist to join the team and help develop the social media channels of our film projects and platforms, engaging with the audience through creative and systematic content. This is a role for someone who knows how to do more than just manage social media: you must see content, sense trends, generate ideas, and turn them into results. Main Tasks: Development and implementation of the content plan and SMM strategy. Systematic management of social media for film projects and media platforms. Creation and publication of content for Instagram, Reels, and Stories. Searching for new creative formats, trends, and growth points. Creating technical specifications (TS) for designers, photographers, and videographers. Working on the visual aspect of profiles and maintaining a consistent style. Analyzing statistics and content performance. Finding solutions to increase reach and audience engagement. Communication with the team and prompt implementation of edits. Adherence to the content plan, deadlines, and regular reporting on work results. Our Ideal Candidate: Has at least 1 year of experience in SMM. Understands Instagram algorithms, Reels, Stories, and current trends. Can independently develop a content plan and content strategy. Has strong copywriting skills. Has a good sense of visuals, style, and aesthetics. Knows how to create clear technical specifications for designers, photographers, and videographers. Can analyze social media statistics and draw conclusions.
