Specialist Coordination of Coaching Projects (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: In this position, you are the operational nerve center for our coaching measures. You ensure that processes function smoothly, quality is maintained, and all stakeholders clearly know what to do. You work closely with the Head of Department and assume a specialist coordination role, initially without disciplinary leadership responsibilities. Your tasks include: Operational steering of coaching measures from enrollment to completion; Ensuring timely and correct implementation; Specialist coordination and point of contact for coaches and language coaches; Conducting report checks as part of quality assurance; Processing problem and special cases during the coaching process; Preparing and accompanying audits; Generating analyses, quality reports, and special reports; Professional communication with Jobcenters regarding inquiries. Your Profile: Experience in the subsidized education or labor market (e.g., AVGS measures); Very good understanding of processes, documentation duties, and quality; Enjoyment of coordination, clarification, and operational execution; Structured, reliable, and precise working method; Proficient handling of digital tools, data, and overviews; Sense of responsibility.
