This role plays a vital part in maintaining corporate solvency, optimizing risk-adjusted returns, enhancing capital efficiency, and supporting enterprise growth across regulated insurance entities. This position demands deep experience navigating reinsurance structuring, captive creation and management, affiliate reinsurance arrangements, and statutory capital frameworks.
