You will work closely with HR and divisional leadership to execute HR strategies, programs and processes that drive engagement and performance excellence. The HR Business Partner will support employees, management, and leadership within assigned business units. Responsibilities and impact will include: Serve as the primary HR Business Partner providing high-volume Employee Relations and performance management support to a large, non-exempt employee population, acting as the frontline champion for workplace culture, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.
