This is an executive-adjacent, high-ownership role combining strategic problem-solving, rapid-cycle experimentation, and rigorous operational execution across complex cross-functional systems. Our specific needs evolve quickly, but your work will focus on: Making care seamless: Streamlining care coordination (e.g., faster labs, preventative screenings). Expanding member reach: Deepening member engagement across clinical services and channels. Optimizing member encounters: Driving process performance to deliver, evaluate, and refine high-impact care actions.
