A bit about this role: This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (APRN) Physician Assistant (PA) to provide virtual primary care through our innovative telehealth platform. As a Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality care while fostering strong, lasting patient relationships. You will provide ongoing management of chronic conditions, preventive screenings, acute care visits, and medication management, all through a virtual care model. You'll also work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate in-person services such as lab work, imaging, and specialist referrals as needed.
