For their food division, we are seeking an R&D Technologist to act as the technical architect behind new product launches, transforming innovative concepts into high-quality, scalable manufacturing realities. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the design, testing, and optimization of new and existing food products. Define quality standards for raw materials and finished goods while balancing cost efficiency with excellence. Manage the transition from lab to production, overseeing industrial trials and preparing technical formulations/dossiers. Market Research: Monitor global raw material trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. Conduct experiments with alternative ingredients to improve product performance and sustainability. Coordinate all technical documentation and manufacturing guidelines for seamless operations.
