Accounting Manager

We are looking to add an Accounting Manager to our team! LOCATION: Remote REPORTS TO: Controller PAY: $100,000 – $120,000/ salary CORE RESPONSIBILITES: Prepare and/or review monthly reconciliations for various accounts including but not limited to cash in transit, cash, inventory, fixed assets and intangibles, and lease accounts. Leases: Ensure proper ASC 842 accounting is applied across our 180+ leases. Assist in maintaining accurate lease records in our lease software, Occupier. Work cross functionally with our real estate manager and with our consultants at Occupier. Review monthly rent payments are accurate. Establish and maintain controls. Review related financial statement disclosures. Create SOPs and flowchart for lease accounting process, documenting key controls within the process. Treasury Processes: Set up/review wires and ACHs when needed. Review weekly Accounts Payable ACHs. Establish and maintain controls around cash management and payment approvals. Create SOPs and flowchart for treasury and cash accounting process, documenting key controls within the process. Oversee all fixed assets, intangible assets, and work in progress.
