About the Role At Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS), Business Development is more than lead generation. Our team identifies the companies, initiatives, and relationships that can become meaningful long-term partnerships.As a Client Development Representative (CDR), you will be on the front end of our growth strategy, researching target accounts, engaging prospective customers, uncovering business challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for our Sales, Consulting and Solutions teams. You will work alongside experienced sales, marketing, consulting, and solution-development professionals while gaining exposure to some of the most innovative automation, distribution, and fulfillment operations in the market.This is an opportunity for someone who is curious, competitive, relationship-oriented, and interested in building a career in complex B2B sales.
