The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating mortgage loans independently without branch assistance, focusing on outbound business development and client management. Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and cultivate a robust pipeline of mortgage loan opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and marketing efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and prospective borrowers to promote the credit union’s mortgage products. Evaluate borrower financial information to determine creditworthiness and mortgage eligibility in compliance with credit union policies and regulatory standards.
