Generative AI Engineer

Job Description: Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a AI / Cloud Full Stack Developer. We are building artificial intelligence solutions for customer-facing teams: assistants and agents that query data, reason over it, and help make day-to-day decisions, among other tasks. We are looking for a full stack developer experienced with LLMs and AWS to design, build, and deploy these solutions into production. What You Will Do LLM-based agents: Design and development with tool calling, memory, and orchestration. Documentation and information retrieval: Pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and response quality evaluation. AWS solutions: Deployment and operations on Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, using infrastructure as code. Full stack development and integrations: Backend (APIs, integrations, authentication), user interface, and integration with internal systems via MCP and APIs. Measure and improve: Observability, costs, latency, and response quality. Skills & Experience Python, TypeScript, React, AWS (Bedrock, AgentCore, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3), Pulumi, MCP, vector databases, Langfuse, Datahub. Demonstrable experience taking LLMs and agents into production (not just prototypes). Strong command of RAG : chunking, embeddings, vector search,
