Position Overview The Virtual Territory Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned independent insurance agencies. This remote position focuses on onboarding and training new agents, supporting agency engagement, and driving production growth primarily through virtual interactions. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for agency partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, providing ongoing support, and helping agencies succeed with Delos. You will also collaborate with internal teams to strengthen agency relationships and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities Agency Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned independent agencies through regular virtual meetings, calls, and outreach. Partner with the Enterprise Relationship Lead to support agency growth and strategic initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for agency questions, concerns, and ongoing support. Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve the agency experience. Provide responsive,
