Defy Medical is looking for a Scheduler to add to our growing team. The Scheduling Team plays a pivotal role in the patient care plan. Through accuracy, communication, and time management our Schedulers help start and maintain our patients care plans. A Scheduler at Defy Medical is outgoing and enjoys helping people. They can adapt and learn new computer programs quickly. Multitasking, upbeat personality, and communication are pillars for our Schedulers. Amazing communication skills, written and oral, are a must for being successful in this position. Responsibilities Communicating with clients, medical assistants and nurses within the organization Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations Handling incoming and outgoing patient and/or vendor calls Responding to live chats Working independently on ancillary tasks Organizing and processing blood work order and physician schedules Working independently on ancillary tasks Managing information input into computer database Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound cal
