Job Summary The Product Specialist is responsible for showcasing and promoting products and services through live demonstrations. The Product Specialist, is a critical function for promoting and educating customers about products and services. The portfolio of solutions aims to elevate the entire radiology workflow by creating an efficient and seamless process when adopting products. As the Demonstration Specialist, the goal is to create a positive and engaging experience that drives customer interest and sales. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Solution Presentations & Sales Engagements Maintain expert-level knowledge of Deep Health products, including capabilities, configurations, integrations, and new or upcoming functionality relevant to customer engagements. Develop and maintain reusable sales enablement materials, including presentation scripts, workflow scenarios, FAQs, and supporting content. Partner with Sales to support customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, workflow assessments, and solution discussions. Clearly communicate clinical workflows, technology capabilities, and solution value to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders. Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into customer-focused solutions for presentations. Contribute to RFP responses, site visits, and customer-specific demonstrations.
