By analyzing apartment specifications after precise measurements, this architect quantifies materials, anticipates every plumbing and electrical point, and specifies cabinetry, niches, and other mechanisms so that all civil construction execution combines design with quality of life for the client. Responsibilities: Develop and detail executive and furniture projects with a high level of technical precision; Analyze contractual information and study technical floor plans created post precise apartment measurements to ensure correct information compatibility; Quantify materials and anticipate technical construction needs; Define and specify plumbing, electrical, and other project infrastructures; Detail cabinetry, niches, and custom solutions, ensuring functionality and aesthetics; Ensure that the project is executable on-site, reducing rework
