Job Title: Senior Global Benefits Analyst Reports to: Manager, Benefits - Global Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid - Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday) preferred; Also open to candidates within California (Remote). The Role The Senior Global Benefits Analyst plays a key role in managing, optimizing, and supporting the administration of employee benefit programs across multiple countries to deliver competitive, compliant, and employee-centric benefits aligned with the company’s global strategy. Will lead aspects of APAC renewals, manage Canadian benefits programs, oversee expatriate and global mobility benefits, analyze benefits data, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, strong governance, and an excellent employee experience.
