UI/ Interface Designer (Junior)

Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented UI/Interface Designer, Junior to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) MODES III program. The UI/Interface Designer will contribute to the design, enhancement, and optimization of user-centered digital experiences across MC&FP's portfolio of public-facing websites, digital platforms, applications, and internal tools. This role focuses on creating intuitive, visually cohesive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces that improve how service members, military families, survivors, service providers, and internal stakeholders discover, access, and interact with critical programs, information, and resources. As a member of the Digital Experience & Strategy Team , the UI/Interface Designer will work closely with the Senior UX/UI Researcher & Designer as well as other UX/UI professionals, content strategists, creative specialists, data analysts, data scientists, developers, and cross-functional delivery teams. The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design capabilities with a human-centered, research-informed approach. They are comfortable translating complex requirements, user insights, research findings, and technical constraints into practical design solutions and thrive in a collaborative, iterative environment.
