Senior Program Manager

Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a multi-year enterprise IT modernization, software development, cloud transformation, and sustainment effort supporting a high-visibility Department of Defense (DoD) program. The Senior Technical Program Manager will provide strategic technical leadership and operational oversight across all Task Order activities, including Agile software development, DevSecOps implementation, AWS GovCloud deployment, cybersecurity and RMF compliance, systems integration, UI/UX modernization, data migration, training, and enterprise support services. The TPM will serve as the principal technical liaison to Government stakeholders, guiding architecture, delivery strategy, technical execution, and modernization initiatives while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and mission objectives. This position is fully remote. Duties & Responsibilities Lead all phases of program execution, including planning, technical delivery, monitoring, and successful completion of contractual and mission objectives. Manage program cost, schedule, risk, quality, and technical performance for a complex, multi-phase, cost-reimbursable contract.
