QA Specialist – Program Quality (Journeyman)

Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Journeyman QA Specialist to support program quality-management and software quality-assurance activities for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This role supports execution of the Quality Management Plan, performs quality reviews of program deliverables and workflows, and validates Task Order Management Portal enhancements before release. The QA Specialist will test portal forms, automations, dashboards, permissions, workflows, and data-quality controls to confirm that capabilities meet Government requirements and function as intended. The successful candidate will document and track defects, manage Corrective Action Requests and Preventive Action Requests, support root-cause analysis, and help capture lessons learned that improve program performance. This position is remote, with preference given to candidates located in or near Chicago.
