Mission Liaison / Requirements Analyst - Army/U.S. Air Force (Journeyman)

Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Mission Liaison / Requirements Analyst to support Army and U.S. Air Force accession-processing requirements for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This role works directly with Government mission owners, accession-processing stakeholders, users, business analysts, software teams, testers, trainers, and other technical personnel to translate mission needs and business rules into actionable software requirements. The Mission Liaison / Requirements Analyst elicits and documents requirements, develops user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintains traceability throughout the software-development lifecycle. The analyst also supports sprint demonstrations, user acceptance testing, feedback triage, training updates, and the development of user guidance. This position is remote, with Chicago-area candidates preferred.
